Who is Rachael?

Hello there!

Thanks for stopping by. I’m Rachael, loving mother to my foster daughter, Lucy, seven, and Jack, my 14 year old teenager. I have been married to my lovely husband Tim for the past 16 years.

Being a stay at home mum is my full time job since giving up work as a marketing manager at a leading B2C company, and I aim to be the best mother and wife that I can be. I love cooking and baking for the kids, and together we work on fun craft projects.

Birmingham in the West Midlands is where we call home. It might have a bad rap, but with easy access to cinemas, shops and everything else to keep the kids entertained it’s perfect for us.  We love to get away to somewhere more picturesque for the weekend whenever we can though, Wales and Cornwall being firm family favourites. We hope to buy a caravan soon to make our trips all the more frequent!
